Our story

Every bridge begins with one person willing to help another.

Growing up, I watched my grandfather, Rafael, dedicate his life to serving others. His compassion, resilience, and commitment to his community shaped the way I saw the world. He taught me that helping people isn't just an act of kindness. It's a responsibility.

As the daughter and granddaughter of immigrants, I also witnessed how overwhelming it can be to navigate unfamiliar systems, new languages, and opportunities that often feel just out of reach. Too many families are expected to figure everything out on their own.

That experience stayed with me.

Years later, while working in education and studying psychology, I met students and families facing many of the same barriers. They weren't lacking potential. They simply needed someone to connect them to the right resources, explain complicated systems, and remind them they didn't have to face everything alone.

That's why I created Fundación CABA: Puentes de Esperanza.

Our mission isn't to replace the incredible organizations already serving our communities.

Our mission is to become the bridge.

We connect immigrant families with trusted educational, legal, wellness, financial, employment, and community resources so they can confidently build the lives they envision.

Every family deserves access to opportunity.

Every family deserves hope.

And every bridge begins with someone willing to walk beside them.

Every family deserves more than survival.

At Fundación CABA: Puentes de Esperanza, we believe hope becomes stronger when it is shared. Every resource we connect, every family we guide, and every bridge we build brings someone one step closer to opportunity.

Meet the Founder

My name is Danyere Trinidad Ramirez, and I founded Fundación CABA: Puentes de Esperanza because I know what it feels like to navigate unfamiliar systems, language barriers, and uncertainty.

As the daughter of immigrants, an educator, and a first-generation college student, I've seen how access to the right information can change the course of a family's future. Every resource shared, every question answered, and every bridge built creates new opportunities for the next generation.

Fundación CABA exists to ensure families don't have to face those challenges alone. Our mission is to connect immigrant families with trusted resources, educational opportunities, and a community that believes they belong.

This work is deeply personal. Together, we're building bridges that will serve generations to come.
